Nov 2002 I485 Inquries and response, Please share USCIS Response.

Please upate with USCIS responses letters to the status inquiry.

After quering about my wife's 485 case on 11/25/2004 she got the same letter from USCIS as I got it states.

"The processing of your petition/application has been delayed. We are awaiting further information from another office to assist us in the funal adjudication of this case. As soon as this information is received, processing will continue on this case."

I put in a inquiry about my case on 11/22/04 and I got the same response letter.

"The processing of your petition/application has been delayed. We are awaiting further information from another office to assist us in the funal adjudication of this case. As soon as this information is received, processing will continue on this case."

Her and mine online message says "On November 12, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

Please update with your letter from USCIS in this thread.

Here is the reply I got to the my attorney's enquiry about my status

Your case is currently being reviewed. You should be hearing from us in 30 - 60 days

This letter was signed by the Acting Center Director

Is this a standard reply? When they say I will hear from them in 30 -60 days, do they mean a result or another mail saying the same thing?

Any ideas?
 
Nov 2002, do you see any activity in your case. My Lud didn't change after 11/29/04...
