In light of the aggressive advancement of the processing date at the VSC, I wanted to find out if I am in the minority pool of the unfortunate Nov 2002 who are still waiting. My RD is Nov 4, 2002 and did my FP2 on July 7, 2004. LUD changed on July 22, 2004, but the content remained the same.
Who else from Nov 2002 is out there and what can we do about expediting our case? I left a message for my lawyer and am waiting to hear back what they say.
