Is there anyone from Nov 2001 RD with no RFE and no 2nd FP.

I don't know what to do. Any suggestions? I didn't change my address either.

I believe there are others like us...on a boat that just doesn't seem to have an engine...

The standard answer from the lawyer is "wait"!
 
Contact your senator, apply EAD/AP etc. Also inquiry BCIS on your status. Try all you can try to get 2FP or RFE.

Tried all of those without use...

Spirit, i have tried just about all of those without any use.

I applied for my THIRD EAD and AP in September, have called many times personally and thru my lawyer ...no use. In addition to all the pain, guess what happened latest! BCIS approved my 3rd EAD (again, without generating a FP notice), but gave me a card with wrong dates on it!!

So, instead of giving me a card valid for a year from Jan2004, the #$%% issued me a card valid for a year from Jan2003!! So now I have a renewed EAD that is totally useless! To top it all, even though it is their mistake, I apparently have to re-apply for the EAD!!
