hello november 2001 filers,

Please post your comments. I am totally frustrated with time delay for getting the approval. I don't know what to do. I thought that at least some releif may be obtained if I can find some fellow filers to who I can share my grief.

As per the news, most filers prior to Dec 2001 are held up due FBI clearance (name check?)

1st RFE resp rcvd: May 2003
2nd FP: Jan 2004
2nd RFE: Jan 20, 2004
2nd RFE resp rcvd: Feb 6, 2004
Transferred to San Diego: Feb 20, 2004
(I am in Denver, so this was a CIS mistake)

My lawyer talked to the folks at the San Diego office and it seems they have sent it back to NSC for re-review.
I am trying to get assistance from a local senator, but nothing so far..
