I talked with someone at INS last week, she told me they are now approving NOV2000 cases. My ND is 03/2002 she said FP notices were ordered but will not be even looked at for another 2years.
 
This is the official line from BCIS. I think, in reality, they are processing cases beyond that date. They probably won't advance this statement to "DEC 2000" until 100% of the Nov cases have been processed.:p
 
What month/Yr are they approving?

Does anyone know then what month/year they are on?
My RD is 03/2002 how much longer should I plan on waiting? Any ideas? Thanks & Good Luck to ALL

There are people waiting from 03/01. So please be prepared for a long haul.

06/10/2003: EB-485 Processing in Snail Pace

The EB-485 filers are continuously experiencing frustration from the backlog of their applications. The exact reasons are not known from any sources, but at least one sources indicate that EB-485 cases will not move any better at least until the new fiscal year, October 1, 2003. Ya, ya, ya......
 
Delay reasons

Nov 2002 – Jan - Computer update
Jan – April – Special registration and TPS approvals
May – Now – Not enough funds/people
July – Security checks for July 4th celebrations so FBI is busy and cannot help BCIS
August – My Grandmother died
Sep – My uncle is sick
Oct – I am bored and don’t want to work
Nov – Dec – It is Christmas timeframe and I am entitled to not work
What else???
