Hi All :

Just now I checked my case online and found that they are approved.

On Monday (Aug 25) I contacted my local congressman to expedite the process . He got a reply from BCIS that my fingerprints were held up in NSC for some reason and have not reached VSC , hence the delay. I beleive he asked the adjudicator to expedite the processing. After 3 days it was approved.

Guys, If the case is really delayed then I would recommend contact your local politicians.

contacting congressman really helps, esp. if your case was holding up there for no reason. (if you complete RFE, 2nd FP...
and wait for multiple months)
