Is anyone aware if the depndent's FP or processing is delayed, if the dependent has been holding a steady job for a few years. My spouse and me have both been on H1 ever since we entered the US. We applied for GC with me as the primary applicant I got my FP notice last week but my spouse still hasnt.
One of our friends who are in the same position (both of them working) had a very intresting experience - the primary applicant got his GC in September and the spouse hasnt even gotten the FP notice yet.
Has anyone in this forum had a similar experience?
