ND: nov 02
(first and only) FP notice: Dec 04
FP done: Jan 05
Mid Feb 05: I have requested the status (processing date was past my ND)
After 2 weeks: got response to my request saying "your application is still pending"
After 2 more weeks: RFE for medical and employment (although no change in employment)
One week after RFE was received an officer called my lawyer to ask something regarding the legal status of my spuse. The officer told on the phone that he/she'll approve the applications that day.
Online status changed to approved one week later.
Also: last year online filled EAD - took 4 months and we need to take a trip for fingerprinting. This year - paper filled EAD, spouse (dependent) approved in a week, I was approved in a month
