Notifying change of address

I'm a 485 applicant and had called in VSC service centre to notify change of address. Is that sufficient or one MUST file the AR-11 irrespective ?
Any inputs are welcome.

Yes, That is best thing to do

I went through our lawyer.......which is the next best thing to do...
AR-11 file can be read next year

AR-11 is mandatory

You have to legally file AR-11 within 10 days of your move. That does not mean that they will update the database anytime soon, so it is better to call the Service Center to update your address.

You can call VSC at (802) 527 - 4913. This phone is still operational. I called this Monday to update my address.
