notified with in 90 days .Is this a standard message?

On March 1st 2007 ,we received the receipt and finger print notices. In the receipts notice it is mentioned as , uscis started processing your application << You will be notified of the date and place of your interview when you have been scheduled by the local uscis office. You should expect to be notified with in 90 days of this notice >>

Is this a standard message?
 
Very much a standard message, except that the # of days varies based on the location, processing times, etc. 90 sounds good, mine said 365.
 
Yup, consider yourself lucky - mine said something like 575 days (it didn't take that long).
