Notification to USCIS after changing employer

Hi Folks !

I got my EAD extension approved for second year recently, My employer has been changed since the last EAD, should I inform USCIS (with new pay stubs etc) about the change of eployment ? or should I just wait for their RFE if at all till final approval of I-485 ? Will this act slow doen I-485 approval ? Please let me know your opinion and experiences if any.

Unless USCIS sends you any queries you actually don't have to. But please use this information at your own discretion. One of my friend is also in a similar situation and he is also kind of waiting for any queries. BTW, did you file AC21 or similar ?
