Notification settings? I don't seem to get the notifications

I remember getting notifications from USCIS everytime there is an update for GreenCard.

A few days ago, I submitted the N400.
When I log in to the account, I see the official update that the application is received and the mail is sent out. But I don't get email or text msgs.
I did put my info in the online settings though.
