What about Spouse FP re-print ?

Hi

It normally takes around 4- 6 weeks for Approval after Re-FP that what I see from trends.
From your case look like they have started taking Feb Cases.
Actually its good that you got much in advance, so you will receive approval when all Feb Filers start getting it
All the Best and I hope for everyones speedy approval

People say 6-8 weeks. I am also waiting after 2nd FP on 6/14/2003.....

Thanks guys, but what about my spouse FP ? is it only mine FP they want re-printed? or they will send another notice for her once I am approved ?

FP letters for both you & your spouse should have been generated together. You may like to call NCS 800# and let them know. Also before calling them , I would wait for 1 week from the receipt of your FP letter to see if the other one follows next by mail.

I also received 2nd FP notice.

I wonder why BCIS can not run 2nd background check based on original FPs. Something in the background may have changed but not FPs.

ND 1/31
2nd FP notice recd 7/28

I agree, our FP will never change and they already have thoes in database, is it that that they want to make sure its us and dbl check FP ?

When are you going for second FP ?

I am schedule for sept.

Impossible to figure out what logic they use. I guess they can afford to be not so logical. I am scheduled for FP at New Rochelle on 3rd Sep.

FP never change?

THink about this situation: your finger(s) somehow got burned and may not be that serious but its pattern changed and later on you did something in a crime scene by whatever reason and the police got the changed finger print. Hope this answer the question.

yes, all 10 fingers got burns, serious enough to lead to change of FPs. Don't leave anything to chance!!!

Guys,

FP won't expire. Again the review of your FP expired. INS does not store your FP on their system. That is the reason they are asking you to do re-fp. New Rochelle will allow early fp if there is not much crowd and they are open on Saturday also. Hope this helps.

what is your ND ?
is it 03/04/03
i m asking cause my rd is also 02/12/03 same as yours and my nd is 03/04/03 and my FP date is 05/01/2002
so i might be get second FP notice some time soon..

Boston my Nd 3/1/2002.

Also I saw in some of threads which mentions, you can go in early for your FP Re-Print then schedule date. How does that work ?

Will I get REF after second FP?
