Notice of Transfer

I just received a notice of transfer from CSC on my EB1-EA appeal, and it says that the Appeal (I-290B) and I-140 has been forwarded to AAO in Washington.

What does this mean? Why CSC did this, if they issued the denial letter?

In my opinion, CSC reviewed your case, and did not issue a case reopen or reconsideration, then they forwarded your case to AAO for final reviewing.

This is a standard procedure. It does not mean denial, but you have to
wait for more time ( couple months to more than a year) to hear the result.
