Notice Of Intent to deny

I have been after USCIS as my wife got a Code 3 and i did not , now they sent me a letter of Notice Of Intent to Deny, saying i did not appear for fingerprinting on March 8 . I never recieved a letter neither did my Lawyer.
Pls Help what do i need to do

Tell to your lawyer to contact them immediately about this matter , i think this is their fault , not yours !!!
 
Infopass

I have asked my Lawyer to respond , Meanwhile i have taken Infopass for Tmr and am going to request Fingerprinting Appointment
 
Got Fingerprinting done

I went for Infopass and requested to give Fingerprinting appt.

Got one and did fingerprinting lets see what happens now
