My colleague who applied for GC a few months before mine and whose LC is in federal level said that our Lawyers received a NOF for the LCs applied for our company. I am not sure how bad it is. It seems my lawyer told her they are replying back to the NOF letter they received.
Both, mine and my colleague's LCs were filed before our company had a layoff. We are not sure if our LCs will be denied or not.
Can anyone tell me what i should expect and if there is anything that i can do?
