My H1 transfer has been pending for long time. Filed my H1 transfer in Sep'01. Recd RFE and provided addiotional materials. Now my case has been sent to Washington. The letter says. "Case has been transfered to our Administrative Appeal office for review".
Question is, Is my status valid. Am I allowed to work for the same company? Is my case has been denied? Lawer and company says I am OK. Still getting paystub from them.
My GC processing is in progress with this same company. Will this H1 problem affect my GC approval, in later stage?
I need experts opinion on this. Any imformation will be helpful.
