My Legal Permanent Resident mother filed my I-130 petition (for child of LPR under 21 yo.) at the Nebraska Service Center in March 2, 2004. It is stated in the Notice of Action that my mother received from them that "it usually takes 550 to 580 days from the date of this receipt for us to process this type of case." The 580th day from March 2, 2004 will be this coming Oct 3, 2005. But in the List of Processing Dates, the current is Jan 22, 2001. I am confused as to which date should I follow? And is there a difference between the two concepts? Thanks.
