Notice cases being approved couple of days after FP expires

looking at the cases approved in March/april time frame, did you guys notice that the approval of most of those cases is 3-4 days after the finger printing expired.
What they are doing I think, is opening cases to work on and making sure that their work date is less than the FP expiry date. This way and for audit purposes the case is still valid and they can still approve it. I'm certain that There is still cases don't follow this logic...

hussein, you might be right, but look at this, the cases fp expiry deadline was moving faster than their processing speed, so while that deadline didn't go across, your theory was true. Now we just see those cases totally skipped in limbo, and frickin' march 2002 cases being approved before october 2001.
 
I hate to say this and I hate it to be true but maybe they are trying to be up to par with the JIT dates and once they do that they start looking at previous cases:
e.g. Nov through Oct
Oct through Spet .....
 
They are approving cases even after a month of fp expiry. My friend recently got approved..
