Nothing Yet?!!!

I have mailed my N-400 application on Dec 17, 2006 to the Texas Service center. The check was cashed on December 26, 2006.
Till now I did not receive anything from the INS ..... isn't that weired?
What am I suppose to do?

It usually takes a month to get a NOA. Taking in consideration holidays, mourning of president Ford, and weekends on which federal offices were closed, you should chill out and wait a little more.
You can also call 1-800 customer service and try to get a receipt number.
 
I would recommend option #1, chill out. I wouldn't waste time calling customer service.

My 2 cents.
 
Rule #1: Time is measured in months, not days, when dealing with the USCIS. Take it easy, relax, and check your mailbox each day.
 
I have the same problem. They received my app. on November 3rd, I received the NOA on Nov. 16th. Nothing ever since, but I am outside my district's office processing dates. So, I guess I just have to wait. My friend did his 2weeks before me, and he did fingerprint and has an interview scheduled. So I guess it is like a lottery if you are outside your district office's processing date.
