Nothing on Dec 01 RD

Ok, here's the deal. My 485 was submitted 12/10/01. Nothing at all-no RFE, no FP2. Inquiry to BCIS was useless-basically repeated the online message about FP1 being received May 30, 02. Are many others in the same situation? Lawyer advises just waiting.

It's really pain in the ass. BCIS sucks.

It's around 3 months BCIS recieved the RFE response, but stupid morons not doing anything since then.

NO fp2. FP1 already expired 4 months ago.
