I came to US as F-1 and stayed in F-1 legally until I married my USC wife and filed I-485/I-130/I-765/I-131 at the end of September, 2005. 10-finger fingerprint plus face picture for both I-485 and I-765 was in the middle of January, 2006. Interview letter received in February and the interview was scheduled in the middel of April. During the 10-minutes interview, we were just asked to verify the information provided on the application forms. We were even not asked to show the certified marriage certificate and my health inspection documents sealed in an envelope by the doctor. The officer didn't have any comment about the interview and just asked us to wait within 30 days for any possible letter that might be sent out to request additional information. Now it has been four months and we have received nothing. Is that normal? I infopassed at the local office and the office said my name check was back but my case is still processing. Anybody especially in Saint Louis has similar experience? Appreciate your share. Thanks.

Hi,
I am applying for a Green Card trought marriage in St.Louis as well.
I was an F-1 student as well.
I guess the process takes only 3-6 months right now, it used to take years.
Let me know hoe everything goes,
Good Luck
