Notes for advertisment for LC appropriate?

My company will put ads for the purpose of my LC application. But they will put a note on the ads saying this is for LC application. Is it OK to do so or it has negative impact on later application? Does DOL allow to do this?

Good question - does anybody know?

I know PERM requires you to put the name of your company, whereas today's RIR does not.

It should not be done. It defeats purpose of fair recruitments. Expect RFE if certifying officer takes a note of it.
