Hi Alren, CP Gurus :-

I have a few questions and would appreciate your response :-

1. Is there a standard format of the notarized employment letter? Does the letter talk about the existing job or does it talk about the future job offer ?

2. I-134 Affidavit of support - Do I have to fill separate forms for spouse and son?

3. I-134 Affidavit of support - My daughter is a US citizen. Do I have to mention her name in the Affidavit of support?

4. Fees - Do I have to pay any fee during the consular interview if I have already paid the $ 335 fee to NVC here.

Thanks again,

{There are several formats floating around and you will find most of them
on the forum by research.

Basically the letter should confirm the following points.
(a) It names the position that is being offered to you and it should be
the same as the one mentioned in LC.
(b) It should mention the salary that has been quoted in the LC or your
current salary if it is higher.
(c) It should state that the position is permanent in nature.}

2. I-134 Affidavit of support - Do I have to fill separate forms for spouse and son?
{Yes. They will need seperate I-134s}

3. I-134 Affidavit of support - My daughter is a US citizen. Do I have to mention her name in the Affidavit of support?

{Her name will appear under the section where you list the persons
dependent on you financially}

4. Fees - Do I have to pay any fee during the consular interview if I have already paid the $ 335 fee to NVC here.

{Nothing towards the Visa issue. However depending on the consulate
you may have to pay courier fee for the Visa packets}

Thanks again,

Concur with Raju above.

One more thing to add
1(d) Either describe the duties as in the LC or simply mention something of the sort "... duties will be as per LC/140 ... "
