I have question about - impact on my GC process, here is my background -
1.Current status working on H1B 8th year extension
2.Labor and I-140 is approved – EB3 PD 04/2006
3.485 pending applied in August 2007 (> 180 days)
4.EAD & AP approved
I want do H1b transfer & work for another company
Question : Should I do AC21 also (i mean let USCIS know about my employer change ) OR Just do h1B transfer only, no other documentation.
Old employer won't with draw I-140
Please advice - thanks in advance.
