not taking photos after the interview

My wife and I went to interview at the local INS last month and got approved. Our passpaorts were stamped. We just now realized that nobody had asked for our photos for the Green Card at that time. Is it a normal procedure that you take a photo at the INS office if you go to an I-485 interview and get approved? What do we do now?

2 ADIT-style Photos

You have to carry 2 ADIT style photos along with your I-94, EAD and AP.

Didn't you submit them?
 
Do you have any idea why your wife's case has transferred to local INS. What are all the questions they asked her.

How long it has taken to schedule the interview. Can you please tell me to which local INS it was transferred. Please respond. Because my case is also transferred to local INS for interview.

Till now, we still have no idea why our cases were transferred, neither does our attorney. He said it was a very straight-forward case.
The interview was extremely easy. We were out in less than 15 minutes. All questions were from the application form. So don't worry.
Oh, it was 4 months' wait.
