Hi, the more I look into the more I fear my situation is too difficult to achieve, I am hoping someone can relieve me of my fears.
I am a canadian who has just married the girl of his dreams who happens to be american. Now I want to move to california and live with her. I have a job offer with a company that needs me to start by May. However I have no education and am an artist. The company is a video game company, although I have 2 and a half years experience its all freelance so I dont even know if I can prove it if it even helps. I dont think I qualify for an H-1 visa, or do I. What should I do, I am thinking I must get an immigration lawyer if I even hope to pull this off.
