I feel so lost at times about Green Card!!!! But this website and you amazing people show me the light.

ok :), yes you are right you do not talk about approval.
I thought the words you said were your parting words after getting your approval.

Let's hope one of these days we all do get our approvals..
 
Some times uncertainty kills. But do not worry you are safe. I was in similar situation. I applied for I-140 in June 2002 and I-485 in August. Got laid of in Sept 2002. I-140 was still pending. So tensed. Company was telling they want revoke my I-140. They revoked for couple of my friends My I-140 took 14 months. Out of those 12 months after layoff. If i get RFE killed. I stopped checking status. But running scan every day. One i was in middle of running i saw one I-140 approval. When saw closely it was mine.

After the day My I-140 got approved i become little easy.

you expressed your thankful and by all of our preyer , you got RFE ...

not that we prayed a RFE for you.. we requested approval but it is coming , you are on right track. Just reply the rfe ASAP , you should be approved soon.. if you reply timely..
