We seemed to have had a spate of approvals the last couple of weeks, but I came across this information on the 'Net

Under NSC :
#1 seems like bad news. No more overtime may reduce the number of approvals
#2 may have a positive effect on 485 cases since NSC no longer has a dedicated pool of officers for this task and they may , potentially , be used for other types of applications (485s?)
#3 may imply that post Mar 2004, there may not be any officers doing the premium processing which increases the pool of officers for other tasks.
