It's just my guess because I have not scanned May activities.

Hi All

My I-485 was applied on May-03-2004 with the new filling fees. This is concurrent procerssing as my I-140 was applied on Dec-22-2003 and has category EB3. My company ( Which is more horrible than the Govt) took four months to issue an employment verification letter. I am happy that this case is pending with the Govt and my company is out of it for timebeing.

How long do you speculate that this process can take. I know i am the junior most and many more from 2001 are still waiting for green cards. Is this somethin i need to think for 2006.

yeah... check back in about 4 years. If you specifically want to talk to us 'seniors' at that time, check for us in the 'citizenship issues' forum. I'm sure that we'll be bitching and whining there at that time.

Ok, on a serious note, processing has picked up and BCIS is making efforts to reduce backlogs... efforts we haven't seen in a long time. They might not always be in ur best interest as another thread indicates, rejections may be more frequent. So I'm sure that you won't wait as long as some of us have. I hope that ur attorney does not suck like ur company does though with the new memorandum out.

So, move on with the rest of ur life. GC will be here when its here.
