not receiving emails

Hi,

My company filed my I140 on oct-18th.
I've created an account with USICS to get emails if there are any updates.
I've seen LUD on my application, but I am not receiving any emails regarding my case to my email address from USICS.
The email flag on my portfolio is showing 'Y'.
Is there anything that I missed on the setup. Please advise.

I140 RD: 10-18-06
LUD: 10-21-06, 10-27-06, 10-28-06

you will get email if there is any change in status of your case or if there is RFE, but not for LUDs

I've noticed you don't get updates for two reasons.
When there's no change to inform and the other one is , if the case gets rejected.
Make sure you don't have messages in your spam folder. If you do have email id from previous notification add it to the safe sender list.
