Not Received Plastic Card Yet

My 485 was approved on 09th Jun 2003 and I got the I551 stamping on 16th Jun 2003. My wife and daghter were in India at that time, so they gave the stamping separately on Sep 10th. They got their plastic card within one month. But I've not received the card yet even after 6 months. Two months back I sent the inquiry for G731C once and requested through customer support center thrice. Still I've not received any response from BCIS about the fate of my card. What is the other alternative? Is there any fax number where I can send my inquiry form? Will it be of any use if I visit SFO center in person and inquire about the status?

the wait time for the plastic cards is up to 1 year. as you pointed out some people do get it earlier. i've been waiting for 3 months now myself. i think you're still ok as your wait time is still within their guidelines (IIO said 9-12 months when i went for passport stamping).
