Not Received Plastic Card, Please Help !!!

My I-485 Approval date was novemeber 2003 and got the passport stamped in Newark, NJ in the same month. I have not received my plastic card yet i.e August 2004.

It has been 8 months now, and still not recieved.

I called 1-800 number (USCIS) 3 times in 3 months and every time they submit the non-delivery application everytime and say I should wait for 30 days before I call them again. But I have not received the plastic card !!!!

Any suggestions what I should do for the same.

Quest, Why are you posting the same message multiple times? Post it once and bump it after a few weeks if you get no replies.
