My I-485 approval date was November 2003 and got the Passport Stamped in the same month.
I have not received my plastic card yet i.e as of August 2004..
I had it stamped in Newark , NJ. Any one else with the same problem ?
I have called 1-800 number 3 times in last 3 months and INS send the request for the non-delivery every time, but not received my plastic card yet.
Any suggestions ???
