Not Received GC

Hello i post the same tread in wrong forum so im going to post it again.
I have a problem receiving my GC.
I came to US April 05 and a few mounts later i receive a letter from KCC that i need to send new pictures (i dont remember if this was the welocme letter as well, i lost the letter later).
However i send new pics to KCC and i waited untill December but i did not receved anything, i called 1800# and i found out that my adress was wrong (how this can be when i recevied the first letter from KCC). After that i went to IS to renew my April 06 visa and they told me that they havent received any pictures from me and that my file is in archives in Texas. they told me that i need to send a letter to Texas IS and to explain what happend. Give my correct address new pics... I send the letter but i havent received anything, i went to IS a mount ago again to see what happend but they told me that they might received my letter but is bot on the database yet.
So please if anyone know what should i do to receive my GC tell me what to do next.
Can thay cancel my visa if i dont have the green card?

Hi,

if you have an A# then they won't cancel your visa.

As far as how to get your GC soon goes I think at this point it's a matter of making sure all the information is given is current and correct and keep pestering them.

Good luck

Barbara

Yes i have A#, i just dont have my GC and i know that my file is in they archives.
But im worring cuz when i ias the immigration officer: "if i dont get my GC untill April 07 can i get a new stamp"
and he says: "We will see what it says here... (and he pointed the computer)"

Ok Little update on my case, i send i-90 to Immigration Services and they respondet to me that they need me to send the i-89, fingerprints and i forgot the other word :( "Bom.... information"
Ok my question is is this i-89 a form, and where i can find it, where i have to do those fingerprints and the other stiff.
I have an apointment to speak with immigration officer but i need to know do i have to do anything before that just in case.
