In another case - You could check this website for the phrase \'lapd\'
This person went to LA downtown office to stamp his gc without the approval notice - he just heard the news on the AVM and went for stamping. He was told that their system was not updated and to return after 3 days to do so.
Maybe if you contact your attorney and try to do stamping without the courtesy copy - This may or may not work, but it is worth contacting your attorney

Your case is opposite to mine
I got the notice in the mail (already stamped an all), but my AVM has never changed from pre-approval messages. I am sure you\'ll get your approval soon, or your lawyer will get it. Although for me it took about 4 days to receive it.
Consider what the IIO told you. Important thing is that it seems you got approved, congratulations (although I am sure you probably won\'t breath easy until you see it in written). At least for me the space between talking to IIO to actually seeing the notices was just a few hours. Good luck.
