Hi all,

I filed for my immigration papers. But I haven\'t notarised the documents that I had sent. What should I do now ? I filed them by May 14th 2001.

Is there any chance for my interview waiver?

Thanks,
Hari

wow...what coincidence...I had the exact same question. Actually I haven\'t filed yet, but want to know what documents I need to notarize.
Anything I photocopy needs to get notarized?

Anyway, I got my FBI clearance in 2 weeks.

I did not notarize any documents, just file them properly and enclose a letter describing all enclosures, no notarization is required as long as the papers are well documented

The instructions stated that company reference letters if send duplicate, it require to be notorized. Was it acceptable to send without notorize?

as I stated I did not notarize any of my documents, however assuming
the Canadian embassy does not like your non-notarized docs, they will write back to you about the missing documents, so don\'t worry just wait for a response, if it takes more than 8 weeks call the Buffalo embasy for a status of your application, after all we paid for it didn\'t we...;)
