I m facing a really strange kinda problem..... I came to US in the first week of January and I got a 3 months I-94 which was good enough for me to complete my work here... I've an open ticket to travel back to India ... But now when its time for me to go, m not getting the confirmation of booking coz the airline says that all seats are full upto 9th April and my I-94 expires on 7th April.... I am not sure wat shld I do coz I generally visit US for very short periods and I don't want to stay here even a single day after my I-94 expires..
can anyone guide me bout wat shld I do and how to go for that coz I've studied bout getting the extension in B1 visa which says that it takes bout 1 month to get the reciept from CIS ....
wat shld I do, pls some one guide me...
