Not exactly sure what this means, USCIS case status

My dad got an email over a year saying his case got accepted and they gave him a receipt number. He decided to check it today and it said this.

Application Type: I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: Document OTHER THAN CARD manufactured and mailed.

On July 21, 2005, we mailed the document we manufactured based on our earlier approval of this case, and mailed it to the address on we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.

It says they mailed the document. But the problem is my dad says he previously registered under a different address, that address is where my aunt used to live and she moved a long time ago. Is there a way to request that the documents be resent to our current address?
 
You are supposed to send AR-11 when you change address...
Sounds like its time for an Infopass appointment to go sort it out.
 
File AR-11 form (you can download it from the USCIS website) and also call the customer service number to update you current address. When you call you can also explain your problem and they should fix it.

I have no idea of what this means.

My case was approved on october 11th 2006 and my green card was sent to my old address. I called, I made an appt. spoke to an officer 3 times, filed the AR-11 but my address was never updated. I dont know what else to do to get my green card sent to my new address!!!

Can anyone help me with this??
