It is good to know that WAC02117xxxxx got approved... Mine is WAC02157...

1st FP: 06/07/02
long waiting...
2nd FP: 08/06/04
--- not receiving any notice yet---

I am kind of nervous now... My friend's number is WAC03xxxxxxxx and
she has got her approved notice on 08/20/04...

Why the numbers are mixed instead of processing consecutively?
I wonder if anyone would know the

Don't worry. Mine is WAC0217xxxx, and I still haven't even had my second FP appointment. Although my FP is still valid (not 15 months yet), I doubt I will get my file looked at until that part is done.

It should be only a matter of time before they get to your. You waited this long give them another month. You should hear something.

Who Told You USCIS Is Processing Cases In Sequential Order? If It Was Your Own Assumption, Then I am Afraid It Is Wrong.

No point in getting nervous because someone behind you got their approval, lots and lots of people behind you are approved now. I guess you probably missed several approval posts in the forum.

Hence stay calm and call the 800 customer service number and start a fax rain on USCIS.

I just call the 800 number shown on my I-485 form... I was told to wait another 3-4 weeks to get response :confused: ???

I-485 got approved finallly

Dear all,

Sorry that my system was down for almost 2 weeks... My case got approved on 08/31/04 but I didn't learn this fact by checking INS's 800 number until 09/07/04. I think the responses are kind of mix-up. Anyway, I got appointment to get the stamp on 09/17, I am kind of happy...

Thanks for those who have provided me suggestions and comments! Wish everyone still in line "Good Luck"!!!
