Not able to fill out Online Registration

I have been trying to fill out online application for OCI card. I am getting constant error messages. did anyone have similar problem? if so, how did you solve it?

1. can you pls. post what error message or messages you are getting. Pls. cut and paste here.

2. Is it just today? or have u tried it other days as well?

I have been trying to access the registration page since this past wednesday. first off it says "There is a problem with this website's security certificate". if I try to ignore the warning and try to access it still refuses to let me in saying "the host may be down, or may not support a secure connection".

Do you have any suggestions?
 
I think the site was down from Wednesday onwards and started working only sometime last evening or so. That was my experience. Are you getting the same error today?

Can any of you access this?

1. Yes, it does give the "Problem with website's security!" Do all of you get this? You can however continue past it, by saying "Continue"...
(though I wonder why they do this kind of websites with security issues!!!)

2. Even after you hit continue, it spins and spins, the site hangs, and nothing comes up. This sucks, since I wanted to enter the data over this weekend as well, I guess we'll have to wait for the "...gov.in" IT folks to come after the Aug 15 independence day long weekend to fix the server.
 
OCI Registration page is working for me... maybe they fixed the problem in India after coming back to work on Monday (just my opinion)
