Not a good trend for '02 filers

I have been observing the approval trend on rupnet and this chat room. Majority of the approvals seems to be for '03 filers. I have also heard that VSC is trying to ensure that they don't have to send out FP2, which could be leading them to approve '03 cases and sit on '02 cases.

No activity

I had my FP2 on July 7. The LUD changed on July 22, but the content remained the same. No updates of any type since. VSC is becoming even more unpredictable. Someone told me that the approvals come within 60 to 120 days of FP2.
