Has someone applied for labor using RIR processing in the recent past in North Carolina ? If so, can you please let me know if there is a chance of it being rejected ? I would appreciate any dos/donts that would help me apply using the RIR processing. Further, can you also let me know how long it is taking for labor to be cleared in NC thro' RIR processing ?
