My wife and I filed 485 in one package. My wife is a dependent in the application. My wife did her FP in San Antonio on May 5. But I have never received an FP appointment letter. When my wife did her FP, I was there with her. I asked the officers there and was told that I have to wait to receive my FP appointment letter before they can do FP for me.
(1) Is this normal?
(2) Also, when do we expect name check?
(3) How do I know if FBI will check my name.
Please help me.
