I have applied for NORI from Pune Passport Office in December 2010. During followup, I was told that my application has not reached to the passport office, which is ridiculous. I send it by speed post tracking according to which it was delivered to the office in Dec. 2010. I am calling them everyweek but as usual they dont response or pick up phone.
Anyone has experience dealing with Pune Passport Office for obtaining NORI? Please share your experience or any opinion on how to deal that office for following up to get NORI.
