Norfolk Sub-office - N400

[N400_2004]

I haven't recd my FP notice till date. How long should I wait until I contact USCIS. It is my understanding that within 90 days of my PD I should have recd my FP notice.

Currently Norfolk is processing Jan 05, 2004. Anyone in the Forum who has applied at the Norfolk sub-office during the same time frame as me. I know bashar82 just got his finger printing done.

Finger Printing: ??/??/????
Interview Date: ??/??/????
Oath: ??/??/????

Any help will be appreciated.

When I initially contacted USCIS I was told that some applicants wait up to 8 months for their FP. I think writing to the Senator greatly helped my case as his office sent a copy of the email USCIS sent them saying that I should hear from them in 60 days due to backlogs. I received my FP notice 5 days after I received the letter from the Senator's office.
