Hi all-
I wanted to post our N400 processing timeline at the Norfolk office.


PD: 4/05
FP: 7/05 (appt for 8/05 but we did not take them until 9/05)
ID: 11/01/05 (Just the regular 10 questions and went through the application. It took about 20-25 mins)

Got N652 and also the Oath ceremony letter for 1/18/06 at a Richmond court.

I believe the interview was pretty straight forward..Did they check the entry & exit dates on passport ..

Congrats Norfolk N400.

I'm getting real frustrated and sent one last letter to my officer (with copies sent to the the officer in charge of the Norfolk office, the Washington district director and the officer of Senator Allen) explaining that I was very concerned as he has not responded to any of my letters and that the 120 day period had passed. If I do not get a "significant" response within the next two weeks, I'm heading to court under 8USC Sec 1447(b).
