Hi, I have H1-B visa now. I entered US by F1 visa. On 485, Shall I use F-1 visa # as nonimmigration # or H1-B? Actually H1-B only has I94 #, no other #?

Should be the visa control number with which you entered the US; if you have your passport stamped with the H1B visa, that would give you the control number. Otherwise you should give your F1 visa control number. Cheers!
