Please let us know if any NON-RIR case is approved recently. I am waiting for last 11 months on my NON-RIR application in Chicago DOL. they moved one month in last 8 months. Mine is October 2002 receive date. Please update of any NON-RIR cases will be grately appreciated.

looks like no one has filed under non-rir. I am in the same boat as you are. I hardly see anyone posting their queries for non-rir.
