I asked this question in past but unfortunately I did not hear reply from any friend.
Please let me know about my labor case which was filed on June 22, 2001 by non-RIR and was converted to RIR in Jan.2002.Inthat case what will be my priority date ?When do I expect my turn to come? It is more than a year and I am eagerly waiting for the approval from SESA.
Can someone throw light on above matter?
